Account Verification

According to the Regulation of Hellenic Gaming Commission, in order to make sure that you continue to have full access to your account, we are required to verify that:

• the information in your account is accurate and valid (e.g. name, address, telephone number)
• your account is verified in accordance with the applicable legal framework

In order to proceed with the Account Verification process, you will need to visit My Account → Profile → Verification and upload one of the required documents:

ID VERIFICATION

• Photo of your Identity Card (2 photos, front/back)
• Digital ID via gov.gr in pdf form
• Photo of your Passport

Note that ID documents that are screenshots will not be accepted.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

• Utility Bill
• Bank Account or Card Update
• Recent Tax Clearance Note
• E1 Income Tax Return (previous year) in PDF format
• Responsible Declaration signed and certified by a KEP or police station as authentic
• Certificate of permanent residence from the municipality or community
• Valid residence permit indicating your residential address
• OAED Certificate
• Residential Lease Agreement (in PDF format, both pages must be visible)
• Certificate of Ownership of Telephone Connection
• Personal Information via myAADE

Note that the date of issue of all documents should not be earlier than 6 months.
