  5. Not verified users are limited by Loyalty Program levels 15 and 14. If a player is not verified, they need to provide their data (including photos of a valid passport, driver’s licence, or another official ID document) on the verification page in the profile.   6. Loyalty Program levels from the 11th to the 1st one allow the player to redeem RCPs by exchanging them for money. The exchange rate of the RCPs is 1 € per 100 points. The player can exchange RCP in the Promo tab of the account.

  8. The Loyalty Program's progress of each player resets monthly on the first Tuesday of the new month at 10:00 UTC:
    • The start of the current season is 2024-04-02;
    • The current season ends on 2024-05-07.
  9. The maximum win amount by means of any bonuses for Loyalty Program level 15 is 50 €. The maximum win amount by means of any bonuses for Loyalty Program level 14 is 75 €. The maximum win amount by means of any bonuses for Loyalty Program levels 1 - 13 is not limited.
